Dual is better if you can get them both but if you had something like an Olympics photo with Stamkos shooting on Miller, when would you ever have them both together in the same spot and willing to sign?

Of course, having 2 copies of the same photo signed by different people might make for "interesting" displaying?

Prefer single, much easier. Dual or multiple player photos are always hard to complete and sometimes take years to finish. There's always one guy you gotta try and chase down. Our own Desi can attest to this, I beleive he has several projects ongoing.

me personally if i have a multi signed piece, it started out being a single and i thought it would be cool to add more.
I do have posters that started out multi pieces and will always be that way.

The problem is when he finishes a project there is always another one. Gotta keep busy somehow! Very Happy

It took me years to complete a 16 of the Bears defense from when they had Urlacher, Colvin, Holmand, Traylor, etc. I vowed never to do it again and haven't. It's never the star u need, in this case Urlacher. It's a regular that you just can't get. Mine was Brian Robinson. Took me 3 years to get him.

I USED to love to work on multi-signed photos. Fun to work on, and I got a joy from completing them.

BUT, I've come to a point where I just have too many. No way I'll ever frame and display them, so I just stopped starting them. If there is something significant, like a Chicago team championship, I'll work on that for my collection. Otherwise, if I do a multi-signed item, it's a magazine, like the recent Blackhawks on Sports Illustrated. With my love for SIs, Sportings News and ESPN covers, I'd frame that before I do a photo.

And yes, there is the potential of someone passing away while working on multi-signed items. Todd Bell, Walter Payton, Dave Duerson and Stan Musial come to mind.

One of the biggest multisigned projects out there that I believe only me and cubsfan are working on at this point is the Winter Classic Puck Drop photo. That is going to take quite a bit of time, but once its completed it will be one of the coolest photos out there, especially since rarely, other than Desi, people will even come close to completing it. Hence why I love multi signed photos, you put in a lot of time, but the result is amazing.

Carney
I need Toews and the Wings Capt (Lidstrom?) to complete the Winter Classic Puck Drop. Had to mail it to Detroit to get Ted Lindsay to sign it for me. I started it two years after it was taken, and am close to getting it completed.

Have a few double signed, but have shied away from trying for anything with 4+ mostly for the reasons mentioned

This one is my favorite a 16 X 20 (thanks to Silly for helping me finish it)

Yep, Lidstrom. That's cool that you also have been working on it for so long, I have to mail it to Lindsay as well soon. I know Cubsfan has already gotten Sandberg on it, after paying $100+ for that graph, I'm sure he's hesitant on TTMing it haha. If you have the time, would love to see a pic! Did you do silver sharpie or paint?

RE: Winter Classic Puck Drop Photo
I am having the photo signed in blue sharpie, at the bottom of the image. I'll see if I can scan it. So far the guys are adding HOF without me asking for it or having an inscription ticket.
